Pricing Models, Retainers & Standard Fee Structures
Category: Pricing & Commercial Terms
We offer transparent, flexible pricing models tailored to the scope, complexity, and resource requirements of each engagement. All projects begin with a clear Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, and cost structures.
- Primary Pricing Models:
- Fixed-Price Project Engagements: Ideal for well-defined deliverables such as Environmental Impact Assessments, Cloud Infrastructure Migrations, or Specific IP/Trademark Filings. Project milestones are billed upon agreed completion stages.
- Monthly Advisory Retainers: Designed for ongoing support in Legal & Compliance, Managed ICT/Cybersecurity, or Management Consulting. Retainers reserve a fixed allocation of expert hours per month at a discounted rate.
- Time & Materials (T&M): Applied to open-ended technical engineering consulting, custom software development, or complex risk audits where scope evolves iteratively. Billed based on agreed hourly or daily consultant rates.
- Standard Rates & Entry Tiers (Indicative):
- ICT & Technology: Managed IT Support starts at monthly base retainers; Cloud Architecture & Cybersecurity Audits are structured as fixed-price assessments.
- Legal & Corporate Advisory: Standard hourly rates vary by consultant seniority; contract reviews and governance audits are available as fixed-fee packages.
- Engineering & Environmental: Site assessments and BIM modeling are scoped as fixed-fee deliverables following initial discovery.
- Management Consulting & PR: Strategic advisory sprints and executive coaching are offered via 3-month or 6-month retainer packages.
- Payment Terms & Invoicing:
Initial deposits (typically 20–30%) are required for new fixed-price project engagements prior to project kickoff. - How to Receive a Detailed Proposal:Select Get a Quote / Consultation in the chatbot menu or submit a request to the Help Desk to receive a customized pricing proposal tailored to your firm's specific scope.
